There was country wide internet outage which affected our systems on June the 16th @ 13:25. The outage lasted approximately 20min and affected a large number of Council users accessing internet based services such as VPN, MS teams and website access.
Capita the supplier of our non-council network infrastructure confirmed the outage as being UK wide and outside of their control.
