Network Outages 24 May 2022

There was an issue with non-council equipment in the Elgin BT Exchange on May the 24th @ 13:30 and 16:30. This affected a large number of Council Sites as other exchanges in Moray are all linked to the Elgin Exchange. All VPN connections were also affected by these outages.
Capita the supplier of our non-council network infrastructure have confirmed the faulty equipment has been replaced overnight and the exchange is stable again.
