ICT PLANNED WORKS: Remote Access Outage

At 19:00 on Thursday 22nd October, ICT will be undertaking some works effecting remote access (aka “VPN access”).
The works should take no longer than 30 minutes. Homeworkers who access the Council network via the Vasco Token/Cisco AnyConnect method may experience a disconnection while these works are being completed. As such it is recommended for all users avoid remote connection between 19:00-19:30, or for staff already working to disconnect prior to 19:00.
Remote access should then be available to all homeworking staff from 19:30 onwards.
