Homeworkers - ICT Access Issue

Homeworkers who access the Council network via the Vasco Token/Cisco AnyConnect method will have been aware that the service was unavailable this morning. The Council use a 3rd party to provide an element of the homeworker user connectivity and it was identified that the issue concerned lay within their infrastructure. We have been notified by their support team that the issue concerned has been fixed and initial ICT monitoring is showing users now connecting successfully.
ICT will continue to monitor for the rest of the day  and report any further issues should they arise.
