Accommodation Update: New

The council’s incident management team discussed accommodation arrangements at its regular meeting this morning.
We’re still establishing the accurate functional capacity of our HQ against government guidelines, in the possibility of colleagues currently still working in the Annexe moving across.
Once to hand, this information will be taken back to IMT on Wednesday next week for further consideration. No decision as to the temporary closure of the Annexe has been taken yet.
Any decision in that regard will have the health and safety of all staff and the capacity for people to observe the required social distancing at work as our primary concern.
Again, should there be any changes to normal accommodation arrangements these will be clearly and promptly communicated to you by your manager.
