If you have been into HQ/Annexe/Rose Cottage and used a room/office as you leave could you shut the door and place the paper recycling bag outside.
This will give the cleaning staff the ability to identify rooms that have been used and concentrate on priority cleaning for these areas.
Also please note, the Maintenance Helpdesk is only taking urgent and emergency calls.
