Mail Room - Mail Van

From today the Mail Room Van delivery run will be suspended. Staff are asked to consider using other options for issuing their mail, email for example. Where that is not possible emailing to a colleague in HQ/Annex who can then print and pass to the mailroom for issuing
Mail can be deposited in the three mailboxes by the external doors of HQ and the Annex at any time. Departments' incoming mail can be collected from the mailroom during working hours.
