URGENT NOTICE - Malicious Email

A number of staff have received an email claiming to come from Kathryn Evans of Moray Sport Centre (kathryn.evans@moraysportscentre.co.uk) with the subject line "Please Review Proposal" similar to that shown below. The email contains a link to a document on ‘box.com’.
We have confirmed that this email is not legitimate and that the link is to a file containing malware. Staff should delete the email and not respond to it; from our investigation it is clear that any response will be directed to the attacker and not to Kathryn.
We have contacted Moray Sport Centre to advise them of the incident, Kathryn is already aware of this and the Centre’s IT staff are investigating.
If you have clicked on the link and did not get blocked by Smoothwall, please contact the ICT Servicedesk immediately, even if nothing appeared to happen.
