Car Parking Update

A staff car parking permit scheme at HQ/Annexe will not be pursued, after councillors voted in favour of a £1 per day, pay-as-you-go parking system Greyfriars Street and the Annexe car parks in Elgin. This decision, taken at Full Council this afternoon, will be subject to another consultation. More details will follow.
