Corporate ICT Service Desk

The current ICT Service Desk is being replaced from Monday 18 February when all calls are to be raised using the new Self Service portal. 

The portal will allow you to raise your calls more efficiently, check their progress, add notes and attachments and receive information on call closures.

If you are unable to log onto your own PC you can also log onto your portal account from a colleagues PC.

You will shortly receive an email with your personal logon credentials.

The Self Service User Guide (PDF) provides basic information for raising calls and updating your password (if you forget your password you can use the link on the logon screen to reset yourself).
