Last week’s cards (w/c 19 Nov) will be collected this week (w/c 26 Nov) so please leave them out on the desk.

Asset Management staff will be collecting information on the use of workstations in Council offices for a period in November and early December. The aim of this exercise is to ensure that the Council is making best use of its property resources and that adequate workstation allocations are available for the agreed workstyles. This exercise has nothing to do with staff attendance or outputs.
The exercise will initially cover HQ, the Annexe, Auchernack, Cluny Square and Keith Community Hub. Every workstation in these offices will have a weekly Workstation Occupancy Monitoring card available. Please complete the card when you use any workstation, and leave it on the desk when you are finished. The cards will be collected and replaced weekly during the monitoring period.
If you use a workstation in any of these locations and there is no Workstation Occupancy Monitoring card, please contact Fiona Campbell Resilience and Asset Management Officer.
