ICT Remote Access System – Maintenance Upgrade (Tuesday 3rd April)
ICT will be carrying out an essential maintenance upgrade of the system that manages ICT remote access, on Tuesday 3rd April between 17:30 and 18:30. This work has the potential to affect the availability of ICT networks and systems during the upgrade process. As such ICT would advise remote users to log-off their VPN session prior to the 17:30 start time.
The ICT remote access system caters for users who connect to the Council network via the Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client or the Cisco Site-2-Site VPN solution; typically dedicated/flexible homeworkers, certain small sites and 3rd party maintainers.
