Lady Cathcart refurbishment closure

The Lady Cathcart building in Buckie is closed for refurbishment from Monday 19 February until August 2018. Council staff will be unable to access the building during this time. The building will also be closed to the public.
The refurbishment works will provide a new nursery on the ground floor, and office and meeting space on the first floor.
The investment comes as part of the Scottish Government’s drive to transform Early Learning & Childcare, which is being delivered by Moray Council via a national funding settlement
