Corporate Virtual Desktop Issue - Update

Further work will be carried out tonight after 5pm on the Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
This may cause some temporary interruptions whilst the work is carried out.

The various outages that were reported this morning are not related to the work carried out last night. The issue was caused by a single server fault. This has now been resolved.

Work successfully carried out. Virtual Desktop environment is now stable. ICT will be monitoring over next few days to see if problems reappear. Any staff still getting problems regarding virtual desktop disconnects please raise a call in the normal manner.
