Schools ICT Issue - Further Update

The resolution to the problem affecting computers / laptops in Moray Schools is being rolled out. Please ensure that computers / laptops are left switched on and are connected to the network. It would speed up the process of rolling out the fix if, tomorrow morning, all the machines are powered on again.
It may be that some of the affected devices in your school have not yet had the fix applied. If you need a resolution applied for particular devices then ICT can assist. Please raise a Servicedesk call supplying the asset numbers of affected devices and we will deal with them as a priority.
