The automated system for replenishing toner currently has a problem which ICT and Xerox are working to resolve. The system has apparently not been backing itself up since early May and has only come to light as some people have run out of toner. Could you please check your toner levels as a matter of priority and order it manually if you are low until the issue is resolved.
