Internet Access Issues – Moray Schools

The problems that were affecting internet access for some schools users last week, should now be resolved - all previously logged Servicedesk calls related to these issues have been closed.
It is possible that a small number of users may continue to experience disruption – some previously-available websites may remain inaccessible, and/or download of web-based content/files may be prohibited.
Java-related error messages should be ignored and any ‘Java authentication’ dialogue boxes should be cancelled – the appearance of Java error messages and dialogue boxes should not prevent normal internet access.
Any users that remain affected should raise a new call with the ICT Servicedesk using the online form.
