Top Tips for New Printers

As part of our commitment to sustainability, it is council policy to use 80gsm unbleached recycled paper. This paper has been fully tested on our new fleet of print devices and is fully compatible. To minimise the chance of a printer jam please follow the steps below:
- Fan the paper before inserting into the paper tray
- Insert a whole ream of paper at once
- Avoid putting ‘new paper’ on top of ‘old’
- Ensure the paper is inserted neatly
