How Do I - Pool Cars

Set up a new employee on the pool car system?

As a line manager you have to authorise your new member of the team to access our pool cars. You should check the validity of the driver's licence before you send a request to poolcars@moray.gov.uk, who will then action the application.

Book a pool car?

Booking a pool car is similar to arranging a meeting through Microsoft Outlook. Before you can book a pool car, you need to set up your calendar with the list of cars specific to your location. You can read a guide on how to set this up for Outlook 2010 (PDF).

Once you have set up your calendar you will be ready to book a pool car. View step-by-step instructions (PDF) - these can be stored on your PC or device for future reference.
