Teamworking and Communication

This is a 3 hour interactive course (9.30am-12.30pm) which can take up to 15-20 delegates on a first come first served basis.

This workshop explores:-

  • Why team work is so often used in workplaces and why it is often more effective than individual work
  • Explore how to get the most from teams. What more can be achieved, how knowledge and ideas can be sparked and shared, workload is spread and more effective and so on.
  • Experience the practical aspects of teamwork within an engaging and interactive delivery model.
  • Learn how to implement your own specific skills and qualities through the collective approach and a common goal.

This course would be particularly useful to employees who are managing challenging team situations and may be faced with new team formations, new ways of working, new line management responsibilities and changing work priorities. This course should help improve motivation and provide positive skills and guidance to managers in these challenging times.
